Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") is part of the service agreement between SetLab Pro (the "Provider") and the client (the "Client").

1. Cancellation by the Client

The Client may cancel the services at any time prior to the completion of the project by providing written notice to the Provider. The following terms apply:

  • Before Work Begins: If the Client cancels before work begins, the Client will forfeit the initial deposit, which is non-refundable.

  • After Work Begins: If the Client cancels after the work has begun, the Client will be responsible for paying for any work completed up to the cancellation date. The Client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to that point, including but not limited to, programming, creation, and consultation.

The Provider will send a final invoice for the services rendered up to the date of cancellation, and the Client agrees to pay the outstanding balance upon receipt of the invoice.

2. Cancellation by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to cancel the services at any time if:

  • The Client fails to make payments as agreed.

  • The Client provides incomplete or unclear information that prevents the Provider from fulfilling the service.

In the event of cancellation by the Provider, the Client will receive a refund for any services paid for but not delivered. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation.

3. Rescheduling or Modifications

In case the Client wishes to reschedule the service or modify the scope of work, the following applies:

  • Rescheduling: The Client may request a rescheduling of services, provided that the new delivery date is agreed upon by both parties. Any changes in the timeline or services may result in additional charges.

Modifications: Any modifications to the project scope after the initial agreement may incur additional charges, and both parties must agree on the new terms.

4. Force Majeure

Neither the Client nor the Provider shall be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
